01

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the waitlist and pilot: your name, email, primary role, and anything else you choose to tell us in a form. Nothing is bought from third parties.

For ticket purchases, we also keep the event, quantity, payment status, Stripe transaction references, terms version, and confirmation code needed to issue the seat and support the order. Kyndlore does not receive or store full card details.

We use it to send requested updates, select pilot participants, and understand what to build first. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers — Kyndlore is funded by subscriptions, not attention.

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Requests are handled within thirty days through the Privacy topic on the contact form.

02

Terms of Use

These terms cover this website, its forms, founding access, and ticketed events. Platform access is available only when Kyndlore sends an invitation.

Features, descriptions, dates, and availability may change as Kyndlore prepares each access wave.

The Kyndlore name, logo, and site content belong to Kyndlore. Anything you send through a form stays yours; you give us permission to read it and act on it.

03

Cookie Policy

This site uses the smallest set of cookies we can get away with: those needed to make forms work and to count page visits in aggregate.

We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site pixels, or third-party profiling. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.

04

Accessibility Statement

We are building Kyndlore to meet WCAG 2.2 AA as a floor, not a finish line. That means readable contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful labels, and text alternatives.

On the platform we intend to caption every live room and provide transcripts for recordings. Accessibility work happens before a feature ships.

05

Community Guidelines

Argue about books, not people. Strong disagreement is welcome; harassment, slurs, and pile-ons are not.

Credit the work. Name authors, narrators, and translators. Do not post pirated copies or paid content you do not own.

Label AI-assisted work. It may never impersonate a real person. Communities can set house rules within these guidelines, and moderation decisions can be appealed to a person.

06

Pilot Participation Terms

Applying does not guarantee selection. The first product wave is capped at 50 accepted, named invitations across readers, creators, and literary organizations. Places are not first-come and are chosen on workflow coverage, role, experience, availability, location, audience served, and fit with the current phase.

Participation is free and unpaid. We ask participants to complete onboarding, use assigned workflows regularly, make at least two meaningful in-product contributions each month, take part in feedback, and report problems honestly.

Accepted members receive a Founding 50 social graphics kit. Public sharing is encouraged but optional, and positive public commentary is never a condition of access.

The software is deliberately unfinished. Features may change or disappear, and founding recognition, early access, or preferential pricing remains provisional until confirmed in writing.

Participants may leave at any time, and Kyndlore may end participation where these expectations are not being met.

07

Ticket Purchase Terms

No Kyndlore events are currently scheduled or offered for sale.

Only events shown in the Events & Tickets section are available for purchase.

A checkout temporarily holds the selected number of seats. A seat is confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment and Kyndlore issues a confirmation code. Opening Checkout or returning to this site does not by itself confirm a seat.

The event listing states the applicable price, access details, capacity, sales window, and cancellation or refund policy before checkout. Stripe presents the final charge before payment.

If a payment succeeds but inventory cannot be assigned because of an exceptional reconciliation problem, the order is placed under review and the team will either secure the seat or arrange the appropriate payment resolution.

Keep the confirmation code and use the same email address for event access and support. Access instructions may not be transferred or resold unless the event listing expressly allows it.
